SUNBURY – A Coal Township man has been sentenced to 18 to 36 months in state prison after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual abuse of children. 36-year-old Alan Coveleskie was found with 700 images of child pornography. Police say Coveleskie was showing the pornography to underage boys ages 13 to 16. Coveleski pleaded guilty in June and was sentenced on Monday by President Judge William Wiest. He is required to register as a sex offender for 25 years, following his release from prison. (Ali Stevens) Follow
